Gold Creek columns are the lightest and most handleable of the three quarry variants, making them a common choice for DIY water feature installations and landscape contractors working on residential projects. At 20 lbs per linear foot, a 3-foot column weighs approximately 60 lbs.
A wide spectrum of tints and colors, including scarlet reds, luscious oranges, and regal silver sparkles, can be seen in these basalt columns, along with little patches of dark charcoal that are visible through the crust. Quite sometimes, vivid swirling patterns can be seen in the crust. The predominant shape of Gold Creek basalt is often hexagonal and is quite columnar. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind stone product that features a variety of organic shapes and hues. We can always locate a piece to suit your demands because of our extensive collection of these lovely stones.
